Superman explains to the assembled League and Society his adventures with the Legion of Super-Heroes claiming the last time he had seen them was just after the Crisis On Infinite Earths. The Legionnaires fly to Slaughter Swamp in order to find the seventh missing member. During the journey, Dawnstar remarks that Starman has the smell of the Multiverse on him, a reference to the post-52 Earth-22 that he inadvertently visited during Kingdom Come. As they arrive at the swamp, they realize they are not alone. A team of the League and Society have tracked the last of the Legion flight rings to the swamp and discover and abandoned hideout of the Secret Society of Supervillains where they find Triplicate Girl, a Legionnaire. Before they can take her back to the Hall of Justice, they are attacked by Computo. The Legionnaires, the League and the Society arrive in full and battle Computo. During the battle, Dawnstar enters the hideout and finds Sensor Girl. As she and the other Legionnaires take Sensor Girl out of the swamp, Superman realizes the whole thing has been an illusion. The Legionnaires split up and head off to complete their mission.
